Bikini Shack's Delivery Policy
- UK Standard 1st Class Tracked Delivery is charged at £4.40 and will take between 2 - 5 working days.
- UK Standard 2nd Class Tracked Delivery is charged at £3.10 and will take between 3 - 5 working days.
- UK Stated Delivery is a tracked service and is charged at £5.99. Use this service if you want to have your order delivered on a day that is suitable to you. Specify your delivery day (Excluding Saturday & Sunday) within your order notes (Subject to T&Cs).
- UK Next Day Delivery Before 13:00 is charged at £6.40 and will be delivered the Next Day (Subject to T&Cs)
- UK Next Day Delivery Before 09:00 am is charged at £12.92 and will be delivered the Next Day (Subject to T&Cs)
UK Stated Delivery and UK Next Day Delivery T&Cs
You can have your order delivered to you using a ‘Next Day’ delivery service or a Stated Delivery service subject to some T&Cs as follows
Your order must be placed between Monday and Thursday before 3pm. This will result in a Stated Delivery or ‘Next Day' delivery before 1pm on weekdays. We cannot offer Stated Delivery or guaranteed ‘Next Day’ delivery for orders placed after 3pm on Thursdays. If your order is placed after 3pm on a Thursday but before 1pm on a Friday it is possible that your parcel will be delivered on the following Saturday morning, but it may not be delivered until the following Monday. If your order is placed after 1 pm on a Friday it will not be dispatched until the following Monday for delivery on the follwoing day, the Tuesday. Please order as early as possible to take full advantage of these services.
International Signed For Delivery (Including Southern Ireland) charges are based on the weight of your order and will be determined during the checkout process. Orders will usually be delivered within 7 days within Europe and may take longer worldwide. A delivery deadline cannot be specified as we are entirely reliant on the overseas postal services.
We rely on our couriers and accept that we cannot guarantee this service during busy periods such as Bank Holidays and Christmas. In addition we cannot offer ‘Next Day’ delivery to Northern Ireland.
Delivery times can take longer than stated if you live in remote area of the UK mainland or at an offshore address. We aim to deliver goods on the day we specify, but we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time-scale. We cannot accept any liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to attempted, failed or delayed deliveries. We rely on our couriers and accept that we cannot guarantee this service during busy periods such as Bank Holidays and Christmas. In addition we cannot offer ‘Next Day’ delivery to Northern Ireland.
We deliver to the majority of Countries Worldwide however some destinations are excluded. Check online via Bikini Shack to determine whether or not your country is a deliverable destination.
Delivery to an Alternate Address
Orders can then be delivered to an alternative address only if the alternate delivery details are entered by the consumer during the checkout process.
Change of Address on Order
Orders are presented directly to our warehouse and therefore in most instances we are unable to change any of the information you have supplied. However, you can email our Customer Service team at email@example.com at the earliest opportunity and they will endeavour to intercept your parcel if possible. If your order has already been processed and it is likely that there will be no-one available to take receipt of it, a delivery a card will be left by the courier inviting you to re-arrange delivery.
If you are out when your Order is Delivered
If you unavailable to sign for your delivery and a secure place has been noted at the time of your order (within your delivery instructions) then your parcel can be left in this location at the couriers’ discretion. If no secure place can be identified the courier they will leave a card inviting you to re-arrange a suitable time for delivery.
A Secure Place
You can request that your order is left in a 'secure place' during the checkout process if you are not going to be at home to taker receipt of your order, however Bikini Shack cannot take responsibility for any items that subsequently go missing. In addition items are secured at the couriers’ discretion.
Cancel an Order
If you wish to cancel part or all of your order, you can cancel it by logging into 'My Account'. Select 'Order History' and cancel the relevant item. If your order has been processed prior to receiving your cancelation you will need to return the item after receipt.
Delivery to BFPO Addresses
For BFPO deliveries, there may be some weight/geographical restrictions – please refer to www.gov.uk/british-forces-post-office-services for further information and latest updates.
Delivery to Ireland
We can offer delivery to both Northern and Southern Ireland
Delayed Delivery or Missing Items
Please allow 7 days from the date that your order is despatched before you report non-receipt of your order. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your parcel you must report the delay or potential loss within 21 days from the date that your order was despatched. Failure to report the delay or loss of your order will result in any subsequent claim for replacement items or compensation being invalid.
We currently have no known disruptions to delivery.
