We accept credit and debit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. If your country is not shown as a shipping option, please contact us via email so that we can add your country to the options list.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us or that the transaction is complete. 1st Class Recorded Delivery, via Royal Mail, for orders with a United Kingdom delivery address. Your order will be delivered within 1- 2 days of dispatch. Royal Mail requires a signature upon delivery.
Express Delivery
Special Delivery, via Royal Mail, for next day delivery. Guaranteed next day delivery on orders placed by
15.00 hours with a United Kingdom delivery address. Royal Mail requires a signature upon delivery.
Worldwide
International Signed For. Customers from any of the European States will have their orders dispatched on the first available flights. Local delivery services will then take responsibility for the package to arrive at the specified address. The local delivery service will require a signature upon delivery.
Your order is dispatched in a tamper proof poly jacket. Please ensure that the outer packaging is in tact before accepting and signing for delivery of your order. We will not take responsibility for items allegedly removed, lost or stolen from your order between dispatch by us and receipt by you. Please refuse delivery of your order if the tamper proof seal shown in red on the poly jacket is defective, the packet has been tampered with, torn or resealed with tape.
Bikini Shack Limited processes all orders within 12 hours of receipt.
If the item that you want to order is not in stock, you will not be able to order it. We may be able to back order it for you. If you would like us to attempt to place a back order for you, please email us with a description of the product that you would like. Please advise us of the name, the colour and the size that you require.

Please note that Bikini Shack Limited will provide a refund for items returned within 14 days of receipt subject to the items being unworn, unwashed, with all labels and packaging intact, including the hygiene strip. You may return items to us without giving us prior notification. In this case please complete the returns note enclosed with your order, ensuring that you include your order reference and name. If you would like a replacement item in a different size, please request this on the returns note. Replacements can only be provided for the same style of product in a different size.
Neither replacement items nor refunds will be provided unless a returned product is received by us in new condition as stated above. It is your responsibility as the consumer to insure returned items against loss. Any subsequent claim for a returned item that has gone astray whilst being returned must be pursued by you with the courier company that you have used to return the item to us.
Refunds will be provided with 7 days of receipt of a returned item. You will receive confirmation via email that the refund has been processed.
