Returns Page
Returns and Exchanges. Bikini Shack is fully committed to you being entirely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you would like to return any unused products you must be return them within 14 days from the date of purchase. This will be extended for purchases made after the 10th December 2011. Products purchased as Christmas gifts can be returned for exchange up to the 10th January 2012.
You can download a returns note from the website for completion. Alternately you can enclose your name, order number and details of the item that you wish to return, plus the particulars of any exchange required. An exchange can be provided if you live in the UK. Bikini Shack can offer replacements for international orders only when the replacement postage fees have been paid. Please contact a member of the Customer Services team via customerservices@bikinishack.co.uk regarding this.
Items must be returned in new condition, unworn, unwashed and with all labels and packaging intact (including the hygiene liner in swimwear). You may return items to us without giving us prior notification.
Please use the Returns Department label enclosed with your order if you need to return an item to Bikini Shack.
Replacement items and or refunds will be provided only when a returned product is received by us in new condition as stated above. It is the consumers' responsibility to insure returned items against loss. Any subsequent claim for a returned item that has gone astray whilst being returned must be pursued by the consumer with their courier company. Bikini Shack does not accept liability for items lost by a courier when being returned by the customer.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of a returned item. You will receive an email to confirm that your refund has been processed on the day that the transaction is completed. Funds can take up to 7 days to appear in your account after a refund has been instructed.
Any used items will be denied a refund and returned to the customer at his/her expense

The customer is responsible for all return delivery costs unless a faulty or incorrect item has been delivered. If you have received an item that is faulty or that has been sent to you incorrectly, please contact our customer service team customerservices@bikinishack.co.uk
